Lest we know what you are looking for, we commence your visit with a style consultation. We will effectively discuss your routine tasks, work environment, lifestyle, existing garments in your wardrobe, style preferences, occasion your outfit will be for, and other related things. This will give us an insight into your needs and requirements and allow us to suggest, recommend, and offer a matching advice on style. We will then proceed with collecting of your measurements and expertly walk your through the two most significant steps of bespoke process – choosing from our wide collection of fabrics and customizing every details of your garments. This information will automatically be stored in our database for seamless reordering in the future. At this stage, we collect a deposit for your order.

Within two working days after your first visit, we offer a draft of your garment to put on and check if you have any changes. The sole purpose of first meeting is to gather information and perceive a feel for the garment you long for and that purpose is accomplished at this stage. Given the draft, we ensure that we have accurately captured the fit and eradicate any problem (s) otherwise. The second and final fitting will be provided within the next three working days.

For outfits like shirts, trousers, and other simpler garments, the second fitting serves as the final fitting however, for outfits like suits/tuxedo jackets, blazers, and overcoats, an additional fitting might be considered. Following so, the third fitting gives an extra chance to make changes, if any, to your outfit. After that, the completed garment goes through a last inspection by our skilled staff and is delivered to you with the remainder of your bill.
